  • 1st stage

    Conception and print visualisation

    The first step is to become acquainted with the packaged product and its needs.
    By selecting suitable raw materials, general assumptions are made, e.g. regarding the light migration and
    water vapour in and out of the product. We also consider the technological production process
    used in the customer’s plant.
  • 2st stage

    Print design

    After the process of selecting the dimensions, we start the packaging network creation on whichthe graphic designers begin their work. We work according to the customer concept orsuggest ed solutions consistent with the trends and the prevailing regulations (e.g. regarding theprinciples of informing the consumer about the product). A very important element is the right choice of colours.
  • 3rd stage

    Initial print acceptance

    Each printing substrate has different features in terms of colour mapping, so it is necessary tocreate a digital print proof that will serve as a print pattern in the printing house. The customeraccepts or makes, substantive and colouristic, corrections at the discretion – until we succeed. The next step is the c reation of a packaging layout with the reflected print for evaluation by thecustomer’s marketing department.
  • 4th stage

    Quality control and product printing

    A key moment in the process of packaging formation. The acceptance takes place remotely toa proof accepted by the customer, or we always invite them willingly to a personal print in theprinting house. We perform colour measurements, determine the colour curve and verify theEAN codes to meet all the requirements. According to our procedures, we are able to guarantee100% repeatability of the print.

  • 5th stage

    Quality control and shipment to the customer

    At the end, the final product quality control is carried out in accordance with the procedures inforce in our company. Samples of each batch are stored in the quality control department inorder to trace the batch even after delivery to the customer in case of doubt. We study theendurance of weld, lamination, print resilience, and other properties. We make the finaladjustments in cart ons and pallets and deliver it to the customer.

Wide application of our products

Eco - friendly products

Ecological paper bags with side folds, these types of packaging are made of attested white orbrown K raft paper weighing 30 – 60 g/m depending on the application.
The bags can be enrichedwith a self – adhesive closure to preserve the freshness of t he packaged product.

The confectionery packed in paper bags stays fresh longer and the ability to make individualprints can be an excellent company promotion.

Perforated bags

For vegetable, fruit, and herbal manufacturers we recommend packaging in foil bags made ofCPP, BOPP, or OPP foil with a thickness of 25 – 100 microns – depending on the application.

The bags can be adjusted both to the packaged product, using micro – perforation/perforation,venting holes, as well as to the way of pac kaging: manual, automatic, or with a packagingmachine.

Foil bags

For the packing of other eatables and other elements, we propose simple bags made of CPP,BOPP, and PE foil in various thicknesses – depending on the application.It is possible to produce bags with a flap and tape for closing – permanent or multiple opening/closing.
The next option is to punch a euro hole in the hanger, for heavy products we can makea strengthening from pearl foil in the area of the euro hole.

Foils and laminates

Our company supplies, also, foils and food laminates for packing and protecting food on fullyautomated production lines.

Foils and laminates have found application, mainly, in hygienic products but also in chemical,construction, medical, pharmaceutical, food, agricultural, and electronic industries increasingcomfort and safety at work and comfort in the product packaging.
